Products Quality Control
Braveman
does its utmost to ensure that all the products it develops and introduces to the market not only comply with the highest quality standards but also fully satisfy the needs and wishes of the end-user in practical use.
In order to ensure this high level of quality, all our products are developed at our own Research and Development centre in Hongkong and China. All our production activities are carried out in-building at our own facility in Shenzhen China. As a result, we can fully and continually manage and control all quality related factors.
This level of quality is also backed up by our extensive testing programmer which is applied to all our products. Every gaming and charging products that leaves the factory is first tested by us.
Production control
Firstly, the quality control process
The production process to implement the "three inspection" (self-inspection, mutual inspection, special inspection) procedures to ensure control of product quality. The manufactured products require the "three pass" (raw material into the plant pass, semi-finished product pass, finished off the factory pass) to ensure reaching the required quality; finished product storage, transportation and sales in the market were also included in the product quality management.
Secondly, pass the quality management system certification
Based on "product quality is enterprise’s life" concept, our company actively adopts the quality management system certification: in the year of 2008, we passed ISO quality management system certification-ISO9001:2000, our company has been improving and maintaining quality management system continued to operate effectively
All our development and production processes are fully certified and have the necessary quality marks.
Each year, our employees, departments and production locations are subjected to various quality tests and company audits. As a result, all of the processes and protocols on which compliance with the various quality marks is based are monitored and tested to ensure that they are 100% applicable and reliable.
